Finally just renamed the plugin folder from this location, C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\plug_ins and launched the shortcut. it is working as expected. After successfull launch, changed the folder from plug_ins_renam e to plug_ins. launched agian, no issue persist.
